For the past 10 years, Sophie Bolvary has been studying different aspects of Alternative Medicine; from Yoga and Meditation to the study of Ayurveda and Holistic Nutrition, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and exploring the realms of Ancient Bodywork. She is a history buff, art lover, and cinephile! When Sophie is not with clients at her Chelsea studio, she is probably at home with a documentary.
