Shipping rates are calculated according to the purchase value of your order and the type of shipment selected. Each address you instruct us to ship to, including gift-recipient addresses, is considered a separate order and is subject to applicable shipping charges.

We now offer free Ground Shipping on all orders.

2nd Day Shipping:
2nd Day Shipping is not available for fabric and custom fabric orders.

Order total: $50 and over – 2nd Day shipping fee: $25.00

Next Day (excludes Saturday delivery):
Cutoff time is 2PM EST to ship orders out the same day.
Next Day Shipping is not available for fabric and custom fabric orders.

With the exception of fabric, custom fabric, trim and wall coverings, all of our orders are shipped from our NJ warehouse. Please take this into consideration when selecting the type of shipment. We do not offer Saturday delivery.

Custom fabric is shipped from our North Carolina warehouse. We cannot ship custom fabric to Alaska or Hawaii.


International shipping fees are calculated at checkout, based on the specific products ordered and destination.



We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective items for refund or exchange. For non-defective merchandise, items must be un-worn, in perfect condition, in the original protective packaging, and must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of your invoice date.

Each year, we happily extend our return policy to accommodate early holiday shopping. For any purchases made between 11/1 and 12/15, we will accept returns up to 1/15 the following year.


The only exceptions to this return policy are:

  • Echo 100 scarves
  • Orders shipped outside the United States
  • Fabric, custom fabric, trim, wall coverings and indoor/outdoor product orders (including, but not limited to, decorative pillows, poufs and folding chairs)
  • Items purchased in a sample sale

These items may not be returned for any reason unless deemed to be defective.


Need to return or exchange something you purchased? Just click the link below to begin the process.


First, we'll ask for the email address you use for your account (same email that you used to place the order) or the order reference number (e.g. R123456789) and the shipping zip code and click “start a return”. Then, you can select the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange and print a pre-paid postage label. You can drop off the package at any FedEx location.

Note that you will not be able to select any Final Sale or items outside our return policy dates included in your order when initiating a return.

  • Your order reference number (e.g. R123456789)
  • What item(s) you’d like to return
  • Reason for your inquiry (We love feedback!)


You may easily exchange your item by following the return process and placing a new order on the website. You will be credited once the merchandise is received back at our warehouse.


In the event that we processed an order incorrectly or sent an incorrect or damaged item, we will gladly replace or take back that item for a full refund. Please use our returns portal, call us at 800.327.3896, or email us at

Please allow a processing time of two to three weeks for refunds and exchanges. Echo reserves the right to modify its exchange and return policy.
