Nomoco is an illustrator born in Fukuoka, Japan. Since graduating from Central Saint Martins in the UK, her illustration work has spanned books, editorial, campaign, and fashion, using predominantly ink and printmaking. She enjoys swimming and is currently learning how to swim butterfly.
This scarf is printed on high-quality 14-momme silk with a hand-rolled hem, in a limited, numbered edition of 100. The female figures in its design were originally painted as anthropomorphized trees and the cycle of lives around trees.
