Nick Wooster is a design and retail consultant with a resume that reads like a roll call of top American fashion brands and stores. Nick’s tenure in the menswear space has spanned over 30 years with various positions at Barney’s New York, Bergdorf Goodman, Neiman Marcus, Calvin Klein, Ralph Lauren, and JCPenney. He started his career as a buyer, transitioning to design and eventually, back to retail as Men’s Fashion Director. He was named to Vanity Fair's International Best Dressed List in 2015.

 

Most recently, Nick has been consulting for a handful of global fashion brands while continuing to cultivate an enviable digital presence with a vast network of followers on social media.  His reach in the digital realm spans the US, Europe, and Asia. Primarily targeting men, but with a loyal women's following, Nick is recognized as a true fashion authority, who pushes boundaries through his distinctive personal style.

 

Currently the Style Editor at At Large Magazine and Creative Director of luxury Italian sportswear brand, Paul & Shark, Nick has also recently collaborated with Italian-crafted Brooklyn-based brand, GREATS. Exclusive to famed American retailer, Nordstrom, the duo released a capsule collection of 8 unique styles and new silhouettes.  Nick continues to consult with brands around the world, designing a capsule collection for the Japanese brand Kuon as well as a capsule for the Italian brand Mr and Mrs Italy.

 

About Hetrick-Martin Institute

Hetrick-Martin Institute (HMI) is the nation’s oldest LGBTQIA+ youth services organization that provides queer and trans youth, primarily of color, with access to free, long-term, wellness services, social services, basic needs such as toiletries and clothing, as well as remote and in-person programming services focused on education, workforce development and arts & culture. 

 

This scarf is printed in a limited, numbered edition of 100. $100 from each sale of this scarf from January 7, 2024 to September 27, 2025 will be donated to the Hetrick-Martin Institute. There will be a maximum donation of $10,000.
