What is imaginEcho? How does it work?

ImaginEcho is custom Echo fabric, made to order in just 3 weeks.

We’ve designed a collection of beautiful jacquard woven patterns, ready to adorn a pillow, bed cover, piece of upholstered furniture or whatever else you can dream up.

If you find the perfect pattern, great! You’re ready to go. But if you want to personalize your fabric, you can — by changing the colors or modifying the scale.

Our cutting-edge preview technology allows you to take the guesswork out of the process. You can see your design on realistically rendered furniture. View it from all angles, get the placement just right, and zoom in — way in — to see the texture of the individual yarns.

Once you’re in love with your fabric, that’s it — our weaving partners craft it to your exact specifications and it’s at your door within 3 weeks.

At the same time, it's a new platform built on sophisticated technology — we are continuing to refine its features to provide you with the best possible experience. How much does it cost?

$79 per yard, which includes free shipping.

What’s the minimum order size?

ImaginEcho is designed to meet your needs — that’s why orders can be as small as 3 yards.

What is a jacquard woven fabric?
How is it different from printed fabrics?
+

Jacquard woven designs are created through the interlacing of vertical (the warp) and horizontal (the weft) yarns. Unlike printing, the design is inherent in the construction of the material. Woven patterns are typically more tactile and durable than prints.

How accurate is the digital rendering of my fabric?

Our rendering technology creates a technically accurate illustration of your fabric. That means you can zoom in to see the actual weave structure, down to an individual yarn!

While we work hard to ensure colors are represented as accurately as possible, individual monitor settings will impact the way colors appear on screen. There may be slight variations in color between your fabric and rendering.

Can I save my personalized designs?

Not yet. Make sure you take a screenshot or save your choices in some other way.

What are the fabric specs?

Our fabric is a medium-weight woven jacquard that is perfect for upholstery, pillows, and fashion accessory projects:

Fiber Contents: 19% Nylon, 81% Recycled Polyester
Abrasion: 75,000 double rubs
Pilling Resistance: 4.5
Performance: UFAC – Class 1, CA 117 2013
Cleaning Code: Fabric can be lightly cleaned with a solution of 1 part bleach to 10 parts water.
Country of Origin: USA

Can I get a sample of the fabric?

Yes, you can order a 6” x 6” fabric quality sample for $6. When you receive your sample, you will also receive a coupon worth $20 off your first order. Note that because our fabric is woven to order, you will receive a random fabric sample.

How long will it take to weave and deliver my order?

Your order will be delivered to your door within 3 weeks of placing your order.

Our fabrics are shipped through FedEx, Mon-Fri, excluding holidays. We currently ship within the U.S. but are planning to expand internationally in the near future — if you’re outside the U.S. and looking to purchase imaginEcho fabric, check back soon.

Do you offer volume or bulk pricing?

Yes! Contact us at EchoCustomerService@echonewyork.com for pricing on orders larger than 100 yards.

Do you offer trade discounts?

Yes! Architects and interior designers should email EchoCustomerService@echonewyork.com to sign up for a trade account.

What is your return policy?

Because our fabrics are woven to order, we cannot accept returns at this time. To be certain you feel knowledgeable about the fabric you’re ordering, please read our fabric quality information and/or order a fabric sample prior to placing your order.

We do accept returns in the case of defective or damaged fabric. If your fabric arrives defective or damaged, please contact EchoCustomerService@echonewyork.com and we will be happy to replace it.
